Jim Shulman Bryn Mawr, PA -----Original Message----- From: lug-bounces+jshul=comcast.net@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+jshul=comcast.net@leica-users.org] On Behalf Of Ted Grant Sent: Thursday, June 14, 2007 9:37 AM To: 'Leica Users Group' Subject: [Leica] KODAK SUPER SENSITIVITY Great news for available light shooters: In a press release this morning KODAK has developed a new element of sensitivity making present sensors twice as sensitive to "light-image" capture. It will be available to all camera manufacturers with a look at installation in cell phone camera types first for mass market. They claim taking pictures on the streets of Paris at midnight if one wishes without the use of flash. Or a child blowing out birthday candles on a cake without blurring. I'll be interesting to see how far and who'll incorporate the new technology into which mainline pro cameras first. Hello Mr. Leica are you listening?:-) ted _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group. See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
