What strikes me is the camera's mid height position -I used to shoot a Mamiya C220 and had forgotten this) - It gives you a much bettter insight into what people are at. I mean you're not a direct kind of omniscient witness to the scene, nor a spy hiding for reasons unknown - it gives the real feeling you're part of the scene and were there. A tiltable screen and Live view on the M9 might offer easy access to the same perspectives, and become the modern Rolei/Mamiya, etc. Your favorite is one of mine but a patch that is too light in the background behind the seller. The beach has strong composition and light too. I also liked these kids , slightly blurred and crossing and steep street - reminds me of Ouro Preto, Brazil, or Laredo (Spain) as I discovered them in the 60-70s. Thanks for sharing Phil...x Jack Maddox wrote: > Luis Ripoll wrote: > >> Hi all, >> >> I've posted these pictures with my Rolleiflex TLR, E, Planar >> 2,8/80mm, the >> beach one was probably with the Medium Yellow Filter, film Ilford >> Delta 400. >> >> >> For me the one I like the best is the last one, but I'll appreciate your >> comments and critics >> http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=6084254 >> >> http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=6084252 >> >> http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=6084250 >> >> http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=6084248 >> >> http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=6084247 >> >> http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=6084244 >> >> Saludos desde Barcelona >> Luis >> >> >> >> _______________________________________________ >> Leica Users Group. >> See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information >> >> > > Luis, > The last one is good.
