The photos aren't that good but may be interesting. This bird may be a Yellow-Bellied Flycatcher or a Goldfinch or something else. The bird is fairly small. In the first photo it is tearing apart a bugs nest in the tree. http://tinyurl.com/3x3vbc In the 2nd photo the bird flew to another branch but only stayed a second or two. The photo is not quite in focus. The white nest is covering its beak and throat. http://tinyurl.com/2q55mx Can anyone identify this little guy.
