Len, I think that they are in fact very smart. Every house has a good wine 
cellar from this initiative, it seems. Hard to fault
that. As far as I know, no-one has ever invaded Switzerland either, so they 
must be doing something right. Besides, you might
consider a fallout shelter like the proverbial pistol in Texas. You might 
never need it, but, if you do, there's nothing else that
will do the same job ;-) Just a pun, folks, not to start a firearms thread, 
OK?

Are the Swiss really sensible? Of the countries I think would need a  
fallout shelter, Switzerland is probably 300th on the list. There  
must be a reason I haven't thought of though, other then needing a  
lot of wine cellars.

In any case Ken's photo is really good. The color is perfect as is  
the mixed message on the door.
