I remember fallout shelters well.  By the 70s they had become relics, which
meant they were great places for teen sex.  

Those three triangles bring back great memories....

The Swiss are much more sensible than this. By law, every Swiss home  
must have a fallout shelter, and you are supposed to keep a supply of  
canned goods, bottled water etc. in there. Every single Swiss home I  
have ever visited had such a shelter (sometimes a shared one) and  
every time it was being used as a wine cellar :-)
