I think you are right about not enough foreground. The tight crop is due to an unsightly parking lot just below where I shot the image. I hadn't considered taking out the building completely - but another friend suggested the same thing, or that I use this sky on another image at some point. Considering the current thread in this group, I will think long and hard before doing that. Again, thanks for the comments and guidance.
