Good work. Almost invisible ;-)
Maybe a slightly tighter crop would make it even better?
Because, as some mentioned and I tend to agree with them, seeing it  
now compared to the initial photo, it seems indeed just a bit empty.
And how come that you forgot to clone out the flower leaf? :-D
