I've read recently that Elliot Erwitt paid a greta attention on the hands language on his pictures, and if we preserve them on the pictures we can add an important element of expression and composition, i.e. (soory to tal about my picture) one of the thinks I like on the picture seller is the expression of the hand of the man.
