Thanks Len.  It's a bit of a mystery to me as well.  I went there hoping to 
meet whomever was in charge - and there was no one there.  Just a house off 
to the side with a dog chained up between them.  The dog was friendly, so I 
took a few shots before leaving.  Next time I drive by, I'll try to stop 
again and find out a little more about the place.  Again, thank you for your 
kind comments.
