[Leica] EMERGENCY FS: Reflex stuff

For me, it's quite simple - with PayPal, Doug has already got it. I have no 
idea how long a cheque from a UK bank would take to get there, or what he 
could do with it anyway once it had. Worth their share, I think, at least 
for those of us elsewhere.

I personally believe that thinking all services should be free is naive :)
And the issue raised was not if paypal had 'cheated' people or not but
rather about the fee so not sure why you needed to something about that as
I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who have issues with USPS as
well.
