I have a bid in on the Bay for an early OTZFO without the number markings. It's from the same seller where I bought the Visoflex. I love the Bay! Currently well past 200 items purchased, largely from USA and Australia. The big dealers like KEH are an excellent resource. For gear coming to here, the minimum freight charges can be very high though. I'll be sure to post some results once I'm up and running. The OTZFO and the 16464 are the same thing. My adapter is actually marked 16464K. My 65mm/3.5 and 135mm/4 Tele-Elmar (M mount) fit this adapter. My 13.5cm/4.5 Hektor (LTM) does not fit this adapter. That's all you should be concerned with for now. KEH has the OTZFO (16464), 3 of them, from $79 for EX to $126 EX with box. I never buy from E-bay so I don't know what you'll find there.
