             Try the Crumpler "Wickey Cox" it weighs in at 22 X 14 X 9" - no
wheels but
             With sturdy shoulder straps

The new size regulations for cabin baggage limit the size to "56cm x
45cm x 25cm (22in x 17.7in x 9.8in approx), including wheels, handles
and side pockets".
Anyone know of a good camera/equipment bag that fits the requirements?
