Thanks to Jim's sterling efforts it has proved to be a most professional book. I'd like to add my hearty congratulations to all of the contributors for a fantastic collection, too. What a little thrill for me to find that my pictures, by pure chance, have ended up on the pages following Ted's iconic images. All of those multimillion dollar publishers are bound to flick over to mine once they finish admiring Ted's. Huge contracts are sure to follow ;-) Cheers Hoppy -----Original Message----- From: lug-bounces+hoppyman=bigpond.net.au@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+hoppyman=bigpond.net.au@leica-users.org] On Behalf Of Alastair Firkin Sent: Tuesday, 23 January 2007 09:06 To: Leica Users Group Subject: [Leica] LUG book reaches downunder We are now included in those who have the Lug book: it is a very nice collection: on brief inspection: I now (well Helen) have to get them posted to Dan and Geoff, then we can all comment: thanks jim for the effort. I will now be carefully assessing the possibilities for FOM2. Transport seems to be the major issue and book size may be restrictive.
