I would just like an in-camera preview of a desaturated version of the image. DNG is RAW - and by defnition the camera does not process it. The DMR already can do this - IE, preview in camera what your DNG file will look like when you desaturate it later. I think the DNG + JPEG mode (on the M8) creates both a DNG and a JPEG image and wrote them both the SD card.
