There's a lot to be said for a compact external finder with this kind of lens, I think. I've now successfully loaded the 111c a dozen times with no issues at all. That's pleasing. Just do it with care and the correct sequence. No problem so far. At least we'll know whose library to access for those obscure details when needed. Enjoy. Oh, I use the 35mm / 3.5 Summaron. Mine is sharp as a tack and I think better then the 50/3.5 Elmar. It's a tiny lens that does not collapse. A perfect companion to the IIIc. I believe they are relatively easy to come by and reasonably priced, even in EX++ condition.
