[Leica] LUG Yearbook--International Shipping Problems

I have also tried to query why books cannot be sent to Australia: we  
may be limited to Sydney and or Melbourne. If necessary, I can have  
them shipped to my Mother's house in Melbourne if that would help  
other luggers, but we shall wait to see blurbs response
