If prepared properly, that roo is delicious and healthy. Right now, believe it or not there are some feral deer living in small bush tracts around here, recognised as a pest in this scenario. Yes we do have kangaroos as well, however they are correctly and properly a protected animal within an urban environment. It's not cool to take out the Winchester 30-30 and go shopping for lunch around the neighbourhood! I've eaten excellently prepared venison on several occasions. Although never due to my own hands nor weapon. Rudolph Pie? Some how at this time of the year, Santa Claus, his reindeer and all, I think if the meal were presented in that name fashion, well it just wouldn't be my cuppa tea old boy and I'd probably pass on it. ted _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
