I got this from a friend who is an ex Microsoft consultant a while back on the broken URL issue. 132 characters is a pretty long link. I think that Brian has now posted the clearest explanation and workaround. I use tinyurl, <>, and not expect links to work in replies. I also seek to shorten the URL by renaming the file, too before posting to the gallery. I figure that's everything possible to help! ( using Word as my Email word processor) Is there a trick for getting past 132? Frank Filippone red735i@earthlink.net _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
