Possibly temperature fluctuation or over replinishment of developer. It could also be a bleach problem if the D-min plots are running high. Almost certainly a processing or exposure problem(check exposure compensation or if you have turned off the DX). So if the shop will let you see the film processor plots all will be revealed.
