Set up the camera in the position that is favorable to what you want to show. First exposure will be of the room with artificial lighting to give a smooth nice look with few shadows. Second exposure is for the windows and the exterior. Third exposure is for the lighting so it doesn't blow out; because your exposure for the lights is relatively short to keep detail in the lights the reflections will be very minor and look natural. So, if the best light is in the morning, your first shot will be before sunrise. If the best light is in the evening then the exterior exposure will be first, followed by the artificially lit shot, with the light exposure last. Of course if you are shooting digital then three seperate exposures and if you room allows they can even be on different days if you can mount the camera with a superclamp in a non-traffic area.
