Philippe,
I think that I would go for the Tri-Elmar.  It is only one stop slower but
gives you especially a great walk about lens for Paris or the streets of
rural Europe. The Hexar is a good camera but support is problematic.  The
price of orphan film cameras is going down so you will be able to purchase a
Hexar at a lower price later.  Odds are that the Tri-Elamr will be even more
popular with the dM shooters as 36-46-66 is not a bad group of focal lengths
to wander about with.  And with potentially a very good ISO 1600 option the
speed of the lens isn't a problem in lower light situations.
