I haven't really been following this thread, but I recently received a 
mail frrom my local Leica dealer mentioning the new Tri_Elmar 16/18/21 
on film and 21/24/28 for digital
Which certainly confirms a crop factor of very close to 1.33 for the DM 
sensor. But no mention of the body being called M8.
