I am REALLY glad that the proposal for a competition seems to going
somewhere.
Let me get the rules straight thus far:

1) One submission per member per monthly contest.
2) Photos are submitted and kept anonymous until contest concludes.
3) One member, one vote
4) Winner of contest picks theme for next contest
5) A prize to the winner (currently a photo mug)
6) We all chip in some some amount to a LUG photo contest paypal account.
