Regarding PayPal, I had in mind just some means of paying for a modest award or two each month. If, say Brian had a nominated address, entrants could just send a couple of dollars (?) cash in the post or whatever. Just my suggestions if the comp. does happen? Once you throw paypal money into the mix it will get complicated, who paid, who owes what, who forgot to pay last month etc. If we did make it an all Leica competition, do you think we could get Leica to kick in a some money?
