Joseph Low -----Original Message----- From: lug-bounces+joelct=singnet.com.sg@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+joelct=singnet.com.sg@leica-users.org]On Behalf Of Jim Hemenway Sent: Monday, July 24, 2006 3:44 AM To: Leica Users Group Subject: Re: [Leica] OT: Info on a Pentax digital Hi Daniel: If you mean screw mount (M42), then you'll need one of these: Item number: 230009482293 I strongly caution you to only get one made by Pentax. I've found the others to be almost, but not impossible to remove. Here's some test photos made with an old screw mount Macro Takumar: http://www.half-fast.com/Macro-Takumar/ With the exception of the "M" lenses, the K mount lenses all work fine with the Pentax DLSRs. The "M" lenses will work, but one has to do a lot of menu button choosing and pushing to do so.
