Philippe,
If 1 in 10 is a keeper then you are doing a great job.  After all, you are
not doing grip and grins where they turn to the camera, smile, and wait for
you to take four frames or until the strobe needs to recycle.  You are in a
strange environment not knowing exactly what will happen next or from what
direction.

If the image posted is just average for your keepers then you are doing just
fine.
