As for the workshop, yes, one always gets some insights from people like Trevor. Part of the reason I participated was that landscape is not something I do a whole lot, and it is nice to expand one's horizon a bit. I have previously been a couple of workshops led by Trevor (he has a long-time association with the Viewfinders photo club in Brussels, of which I am still a member) and people like Charlie Waite. This particular workshop was hampered a bit by an uninteresting location (we met at a building on the campus of Delft Technical University, in a rather drab industrial park) and bad weather.
