He is considered to be the "lightweight" of the family, sort of a Dan Quayle type who does best when he isn't talking. Nagin was okay in my book until he made the dumb chocolate city statements and then refused to apologize for it. That made him seem a little too much like George Dubya Bush. Comparisons to New York's mayor weren't fair as NY had a plethora of resources available on 9/11, and Nagin had none other than the media.
