I think you'll like the ZI lens just fine. Can I get some of the experience out there to help me check my thinking? I was thinking of getting a 35mm Summicron to strap on my M6. I've found myself looking for just a little more coverage than my 50 of late. The current stable includes: 21 Elmarit, 28 Elmarit, 35/3,5 Nikkor LSM, 50 Summicron, 50 Summitar LSM, 90 Summicron, & 135/3.5 Nikkor LSM. The more I've thought about it, the more I've started thinking 35 Summilux instead. I don't have any speed now. I prefer slow film. The Nikkor is fun and real compact, but it focuses backwards compared to Leitz, and is slow for working shadowy streets with Reala. The ASPH is steep for my budget, so I'm now thinking of the 4th generation 'lux, if I can find one. Am I on the right track here? Thanks.
