Gosh no. Peter Hessler is a free-lance
American journalist living in Beijing. 
I'm a just a free-lance American, living in 
San Francisco. :-) But, as it turns out, my 
daughter, with whom I hopped around the
Chinese Silk Road, met Peter Hessler when
she was living in Beijing.  Small world.
