Thanks for the comments Ken, it is a very stimulating environment and  
one which is quite unique. The image you have chosen was taken almost  
at water level: the ice looks almost fragile and its difficult to  
believe that there was a mile of water beneath us as we pushed through  
the floating ice in a rubber dingy.
