I think it helps if I get questions and then I can field them. Basically I 1) Get the exposure right 2) Have my processing times nailed down 3) Agitate a lot and consistently (a JOBO would take care of this point, even if I don't have one.) And ... I have put a lot of effort into scanning. I try and get my scans right where I want them. That usually doesn't take much effort because if 1 and 2 are ok above, then they tend to fit right in withat the "norms". I used to be a good printer, now I'm a decent scanner and digital printer (though I just signed up as a partner in a darkroom in town. I have one at home, but I want the company of a small group).
