It seems that the simpler esigns from 50 years ago are doing the trick. I also have a 50/2 collapsible Summicron that I think should have some potential. Another way that I'm getting more of the classic look is developing older formula films with PMK Pyro developer. That may even be more of an influence than the lenses. In lenses, what I'm looking for is higher resolution and lower contrast. I believe that Erwin Puts almost puts resolution and contrast as mutually exlusive (ya can' have both, so take your pick). I'm shooting for high res and lower contrast. Can you tell me? 'Sorry if it's redundant. Bill Jeffery Smith wrote: Feli was also seen climbing trees in the 9th Ward. I though I had a shot of him arboreally, but cannot find it. There must be a roll of undeveloped film (I think I may have it on Provia). Standing on the roof? Brave. If only we could get everyone down there to see what still needs to be done. I was told at PMA that even the President of Leica went down to help out for a week with his family.
