Interesting photo,
For anyone wondering about how it was turned - Nixey's Mill at Brill was 
indeed a post mill until around 1940 - then a roundhouse was built 
around its base, it was also a very popular landmark
for Luftwaffe bombers, there are still a lot of bomb craters on the 
surrounding hill.
