Yeah, I think Mississippi would be my best bet. There is very little
rebuilding going on in New Orleans. If they don't fix the levees, nobody is
going to rebuild as they won't be able to get insurance.

Jeffery,
You are sitting on top of one of the most photographic potential sites in
the world.  You want Bourbon Street, well it is still alive.  You want
images of humans reaching out, well drive a few miles into the Mississippi
coast and record the volunteers.  Abstracts, with the shear destruction of
such a large area there will be abstracts,  juxtaposition, flowers in chaos
galore.

My god man, get out there and at least chase the goth chicks.  :0
