We sing, we drum, we dance, and some of us even blow bubbles: > http://www.dragonsgate.net/pub/richard/PICS/solstice.jpg<< Hi Richard, On first look my re-action was.... "why didn't he get right in front of them blowing bubbles in his direction?" Bubbles sharp in foreground and people out of focus in bkgd.? Second thought, "why not directly behind them blowing bubbles towards the rising sun?" With the bubbles being lit by the rising sun, heaven only knows what kind of effects could come from that angle? However, maybe there wasn't space of ground in front, nor behind the sunrise greeter's, so you were left with the space and angle you had. Or, you being in front of the group may have disturbed the equilibrium of the universe! ;-) It's still interesting, but the next year give the other angles a bit of a try if possible. ;-) ted Ted Grant Photography Limited 1817 Feltham Road Victoria BC V8N 2A4 250-477-2156 ----- Original Message ----- From: "" <richard-lists@imagecraft.com> To: <lug@leica-users.org> Sent: Thursday, December 08, 2005 10:42 PM Subject: [Leica] Christmas Picture Contest > First Light: > > > > // richard (This email is for mailing lists.
