An affectation, I suppose. And there is detail in the shadows on the prints, I just can't get them to translate too well to the screen. And Peter, As I took the Upper Street picture, I felt the shadow of Geebee, but had no filters with me. I am packing some for the next ride down Upper Street. Speaking of filters, Geebee's latest, #295 attracted an interesting comment from Rabiner about the lighting: It does look like Hollywood set lighting, flat, open and rather magical. Thanks for the comments. bill h ----- Original Message ----- From: "Philippe Orlent" <philippe.orlent@pandora.be> To: "Leica Users Group" <lug@leica-users.org> Sent: Wednesday, August 31, 2005 1:36 PM Subject: Re: [Leica] Three from away >I like the last one. > Would most likely like the others too if there were a bit more detail in > the > shadows. > About the frames in the first two: is that what you get from your M7 negs, > or did you add a creative frame to them? > > >> From: bill harting <vintagebill@verizon.net> >> Reply-To: Leica Users Group <lug@leica-users.org> >> Date: Wed, 31 Aug 2005 12:38:56 -0400 >> To: Leica Users Group <lug@leica-users.org> >> Subject: [Leica] Three from away >> >> Added a few pictures to my Collection.
