The weather in that after hurricane period was somewhat more stable, looking at the news reports of those days and at the clouds pattern in the picture (shattered post low clouds). >From the shadow on the statue I deducted that the photo was made between 9 and 10.30 AM in southern direction, which also explains the typical blue cast in the image, changing the greens. This lead me to the (at a first sight somewhat looking guessed, I agree) conclusion that it was an excellent colour reproduction. ;-) If you want I can tell you how much Watt the lights in your subway shots were, too :-D > From: "B.
