I don't find them disturbing really although "creepy" as in Stepford wives certainly applies - as if real people had been poured into a Barbie mold. I'd like to understand what it is about these images that people find attractive enough to want to buy. Sobodan invoked JanBenet Ramsey and I think, in some way, he's closer to the mark - I guess it's "my living doll". I find the child sex-symbols of our culture to almost incite pedophillia. No wonder so many of us are wary of photographing children we don't know.
