Thanks Leo & Feli,

I have to admit that I'd be scared stiff shooting RAW - don't know
why really, but mainly because I've never done it. I won't be in a
position to learn as I go along! Also, I have CS1, but have no skills
with it. Is CS1 OK to use?

If I don't use RAW, should I use TIFF and then make a JPEG copy, or
the other way around?

No problem on noise, I'm grabbing a dedicated hour and will have the
DoP lighting for me. I'll crank that up to compensate for the slow
lens, but I wish I had time to borrow/hire another faster prime lens.

BTW Feli, I was once on set for a full scale television drama
courtroom scene and was just aiming getting ready for the scene to
finish to grab a shot when I accidently pressed the shutter - the
noise sounded like an explosion................the whole crew, actors
and everyone on the planet (or so it seemed) turned around and looked
at me. The First Assistant Director, who rules the set and under time
pressure, gave me one of those looks that said "I'll get you for
that, you C...!

Thanks, Matt
