[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search]Hi Steve, There are many variables in such a calculation, but to give you an idea, I logged into Alamy (of which I am a member), picked an image at random and did some calculations for licensing an image for use in a travel advertising campaign in a UK national newspaper with a circulation of 100,000. A couple of examples: Image size 1/2 page, 10 inserts during 1 month, inside placement: 1886.18 EUR Same thing but with 1 insert: 410.04 EUR Same thing but 1 full page: 2263.41 EUR (10 inserts) / 492.05 EUR (1 insert) The variables that determine the price at Alamy are: -image size -image use -kind of media (e.g. national vs. local paper) -print run -placement (cover, inside cover, back cover, inside) -number of inserts -duration of campaign -territory/country -industry If you can give me some assumptions about these parameters, I will be happy to calculate a price for you. I think Alamy is a good guideline for the UK market. The prices are in EUR because that is the currency I chose when I signed up with them. Nathan Steve Unsworth wrote: > Can anyone help me?
