D. on this - although it's certainly as relevent and photography as Kyle's "levitation" images. I can't tell a lot from the posted image but it looks technically quite good. I guess it's no more of a "construction" than shooting the same static landscape three times - bracketing by a stop or so and then combining to give a larger dynamic range. But it's not a lot different than doing some not-ever-exotic work in the darkroom either. hmmmmm......one of those interesting gray areas. However, what to call it excepted, it's a good and thoughtful composition and image, however it was created. I think you need to continue this project - I'll be fascinated to see how you progress.
