I don't know - I have delt with many 'one man shops' before and none
of them had lied to me before. It seems to me that most who question
it so far already have experience with him and 'expect' the slowness.
When my money is involved I certainly don't expect anyone to sit on it
- if I wanted to sit on money I would have tried to get some sort of
interest out of it. That's just ol-selfish me I guess.
