You sound like the boxing fan who isn't satisfied unless one or the other pugilist is knocked out. Sure, there's a lot to be said for digital, but film is no shrinking violet. There are times when you want a negative. When you long for the 24x36 format and its marvelous lens family. When you appreciate the simplicity of a well-made and rugged camera that doesn't fear dust on the film plane. When you need the silver image for permanency. I'm sure you could come up with many more advantages of film. Bob
