The Canon 50 f1.2 is a bit soft for my taste, fast lenses of that era 
are not so good. I would recommend a 35mm f2.8 Summaron as the best 
value Leica 35 or any of the 50mm Summicrons if a 50 is what you are 
after. Look for clean optics and no signs of being dropped.
