There are number listed on the web just do a Google search.  I was
considering getting one for the train but they were at least the size of a
briefcase.  I abandoned the idea when I realised that killing all cellphones
wouldn't do much for the train driver's radio system; not worth the hazard
just so I could read my book in peace.

Our local high school here in Alabama uses them. They apparently work 
only in a fairly small area, so each of the classroom buildings and 
the central courtyard are blocked, while there is a "clear" area 
around the administrative building (so the teachers can use their 
cell phones), the gymnasium, and in the parking lots.

I'll see if I can get more information for you.
