The business of blaming people for the actions of their ancestors (not direct ancestors, but those inhabiting the borders) is just as valid an argument as racism. If you don't like it, then stop getting caught up in it and spitting the same fallacy out on others. I've often bitten my tongue over comments made on this board but not this time. I come here to read about Leicas and related things. If I want to read disparaging remarks about the US, I'll go to boards where I expect such drivel. I've been on this board long enough to understand that Greg is a well-liked member but that doesn't make him correct in this matter. Or you either.
