It was also fortuitous that I began my coverage with the rehearsal dinner, continued on through the groom's day on the wedding day, shot the "official photographer" - hired by the bride's mother - shooting the families, because after the barf-o-rama, the bride went to bed upstairs, the groom kept her company, and except for them coming down for about five minutes to cut the cake, they were absent from the reception - which means that all the official photographer got photos of was the families and a fancy party at the bride's parents' house. :-) -----Original Message----- From: lug-bounces+bdcolen=earthlink.net@leica-users.org [mailto:lug-bounces+bdcolen=earthlink.net@leica-users.org] On Behalf Of Kenneth Frazier Sent: Tuesday, September 14, 2004 5:33 PM To: Leica Users Group Subject: RE: [Leica] The formal wdding photograph > gave them two > versions of the shot - Photoshopped, and as shot! :-) I often wondered what the photographers would do, under those circumstances. Last summer I had one of those "fancy" ones, outdoors, bright summer day, gorgeous attire, etc., and the maid of honor passed out, fell on the bride, she stumbled into the groom...sort of a 3 stooges routine, and the photographer got it all! Never did find out what he did with the photos. Ken _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group. See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
