Stan - I just about had a heart attack reading the first part of your email 
- slides handed over to a supermarket chain!!!   I don't even trust them to 
do one hour C41.  I'm sure you used them before and trusted them and mishaps 
can occur even in pro-labs but that was a heart stopper for me
