If that fixes it, then he can request the foam gasket for a few pennies and fix it himself. or just leave the electrical tape over the window. gene |---------+--------------------------------------------------------> | | Klaus Elmquist Nielsen | | | <klaus.elmquist@get2net.dk> | | | Sent by: | | | lug-bounces+grduprey=rockwellcollins.com@leic| | | a-users.org | | | | | | | | | 05/10/2004 04:30 PM | | | Please respond to Leica Users Group | | | | |---------+--------------------------------------------------------> >-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| | | | To: lug@leica-users.org | | cc: | | Subject: [Leica] Leica R3 repair options in Canada? | >-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| Hi all, A friend of mine has a Leica R3 which has light leaking in resulting in a vertical band towards one side of the frame. Is it possible to have that fixed? Any idea how much that will cost? Can anyone recommend a dealer near the Toronto or London (Ontario) area where the camera can be sent to? Cheers, Klaus _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group. See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
